My prayer is to help everyone that I can, even if its only one person. That one person would be one more than yesterday!

It's impossible
to feel safe and protected all the time, in one way or another we are all
vulnerable.

Those that we let in know were we hurt the most, and will try
to show you signs at times that they can hit you in the areas that you protect
or guard with all your might.

Our worst fears are our insecurities and
they can cause great harm if we are not careful.

Those who want to get in
can't and look for cracks in our armor to slide in without any type of
warning.

But it is how we deal with our vulnerabilities that we define
our strengths and our weakness, and while I know I can't change the past. I
believe that being a victim is a state of mind, and I am going to change my
state of mind.

Astimeheals.com is only the beginning, the end is when we
are confident secure in who we are and able to defend ourselves.
